the haste did not finish

how to get away

quickly from the dead of night

before i'm turned to stone

sounding sus to the rest

and have been told

how no one needs a guide

to free me away

and lest they push me off

the edge of nothing

and so there i rest

without thinking too much

i guess i'm not as good

as they thought i was
